Summer Adventure Activities Programme | Lake District | Cumbria25th July to 2nd September 2012 An outdoor activity adventure with Summitreks is a great way to spend a Lakeland summer day. Our activity sessions are packed with action, fun and laughs. Typically our summer programmes include: gorge scrambling, abseiling and rock climbing combined with kayaking and Canadian canoeing on picturesque Coniston Water. Come along with your friends or, if holidaying in the Lake District, why not join us with the whole family.
